At Collegium, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or apparel isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Collegium box and dust bags, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in pristine, unworn condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
